This is a very fine and exquisite example of a ladies cocktail wristwatch. It has a 9ct yellow Gold case and lovely shoulders with Rubies and Diamonds -very much of the Art Deco era in design. The lugs are made out of rose and white Gold. It is attached to a 9ct yellow Gold 3 row design bracelet with a folding clasp and safety chain. The case measures 19mm excluding the winding crown. The Silver coloured dial consists of round batons and Roman numerals at the 12,3,6 and 9 position. There is a total of 6 princess cut Rubies approximately measuring 1.5mm each. There is also 6 brilliant cut Diamonds at approximately 0.02ct each. The mechanical movement consists of 17jewels. The side and inner case back is hallmarked indicating it to be 9ct Gold from 1948. In full working order and will be supplied in a generic watch box.
