Delivery Information

While we try our hardest to ensure that all items are recived next day, in some cases, orders are received late, or items are not due in stock for a couple days, in any case we will inform you immediatly on receipt of purchase.According to Royal Mail statistics they have a 99% success rate of delivery within 24 hours of dispatch.

However, on the odd occasion your delivery may take slightly longer and we ask that you allow 5 working days before contacting us if your parcel hasn't arrived.

Returns

You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for gift vouchers, pierced earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene purposes) and items that have been made to order, or customised to order (eg. items with engraving) and all secondhand jewellery
